  17. It is important to deliver your fares on time.  Then you should start to 
  18. get missions from some underground organization.  If you successfully 
  19. complete these, then apparently, you get to move to the next board.  Look 
  20. at some of the previous Quarantine threads (that's what I'm paraphrasing)
